Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns, however, the merchandise must be returned or exchanged in the exact, new and re-sellable condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. I will process the refund after I have received the item and evaluate the merchandise.

Amount of Refund

If a customer returns an item, the customer will remain responsible for all of the original shipping and handling charges, duties and customs charges incurred upon receiving their order and a 30% restocking fee. These charges will be deducted from the customer’s merchandise refund. Refunds may take up to 7 business days from the day I receive the merchandise to be processed.
